When Can I expect to receive my order?
Our standard shipping requires 2 days for processing and most items ship from our Chicago warehouse. Unless otherwise specified in the product description, you should expect to receive your order 1 week after your order ships. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us.

My item's USPS tracking number indicates that it is lost. What do I do?
Please contact USPS. We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship items via USPS. It may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your items.

International Taxes & Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in some occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
What if I want to make changes to my order?
If your order hasn't been prepared for shipping we will gladly make the change for you. If a change or cancellation can be accommodated it will result in a $3.95 restocking fee.
How do I measure my child?
The bust/chest measurement is taken by measuring your little one on the front side of their chest (from underarm to underarm) The length of our items are taken from the top of the item (where it touches the shoulder) to the bottom hem. The sleeve is taken from the top of the seam to the bottom of the cuff.
How do your sizes run?

Can I still get an item that is "out of stock"?
If your size is showing "out of stock" that means that the item is sold out. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
